150g Caster sugar
50g Brown sugar
1 tsp Vanilla extract
200g Plain flour
10g Baking powder
Preheat oven to 180C/Gas 4 and line a cupcake tray with 12 cupcake cases.
Cream the butter and sugar till its of a creamy texture. Add the vanilla then mix in 1
egg with one tbsp flour repeat till you have used all the eggs. Then add the remaining
flour and baking powder to the mixture and fold in well.
Add the Maltesers and fold in.
Divide the mixture between the 12 cupcake cases that you prepared earlier.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 mins or until a skewer comes out clean.
1 Tub Chocolate Philadelphia
50g Icing sugar
Mix all ingredients together and whisk to a creamy texture. Add mixture to a piping bag
and pipe swirls onto the cupcakes. Sprinkle with broken up Maltesers.
