Double chocolate muffins

8 fl oz Milk
3.5 fl oz Oil
2 Eggs
5 oz White chocolate (broken into pieces)
4 oz Golden caster sugar
1 tsp Ground cinnamon
1 tbsp Baking powder
1 oz Cocoa powder
7 oz Plain flour

Preheat oven to 22C/400F/Gas 6.
Put 12 muffin cases in a muffin tray.

Place the eggs and oil in a bowl and whisk until frothy.

Gradually whisk in the milk.

Silf the flour, cocoa powder and cinnamon and add to 
the egg mixture. Stir until all combined.

Divide equally between your 12 prepared muffin cases
 and cook in the oven for 20 mins
